DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING, FLAT RATE, OR VARIABLE FEE?

At VIBERANCE, we believe in clean beauty for all! This means our products must ship 2-Day Air and we offer you the lowest rates possible. FREE! 2-Day Air Shipments on purchases over $50. Overnight shipping is not available at this time.

DUE TO COVID-19 there may be shipping delays outside our control. If this occurs, your shipping tracking number will list any unforeseen delays.

DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL SHIPPING CIRCUMSTANCES?

Because VIBERANCE products are all-natural, toxic free and contain no parabens or sulfates, we pack some shipments with a re-usable insulated shipper to help ensure your product arrives untouched by the shipping heat.

The useable shipper is not required during Winter months, but we will add the re-usable shipper on orders shipping to certain warmer climates to help ensure your all-natural, toxic-free product arrives in ideal condition. Contact info@TheViberance.com for more information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We use 2-Day Air, all orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the same day and you will receive the order within 2 business days. Orders after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will require 1 day for processing and will ship the following day. Orders received on weekends or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

WHAT CARRIER(S) DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for our 2-Day Air and Next Day Service. Packages do not require a signature for delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. Currently we only ship VIBERANCE products within the continental US.
